Bulls Index methodology v1.0

The Bulls Index is an editorial score from 0–100, computed from a public formula. Withdrawal speed is measured on-chain; every other input is a claim checked against a source before it counts.

How each component is measured

Withdrawal speed — 30%

We deposit, clear minimum play-through, then time the interval from withdrawal request to first on-chain confirmation. Each measurement is published with its transaction hash, so it can be independently checked. A minimum of three measurements per coin feeds the median.

Licensing status — 25%

The licence number in the operator's footer is followed to the regulator's validation page and cross-checked against the register.

T&C fairness — 20%

Withdrawal limits, max-win caps and wagering requirements are transcribed verbatim from the terms and recorded as claims.

Complaint footprint — 15%

Complaints across CasinoGuru, Trustpilot and Reddit over the trailing 12 months are counted and categorised. Negative statements pass a manual editorial gate before publication.

Transparency — 10%

Provably-fair mechanics and ownership disclosure are recorded where documented.

Gates

Two human gates are mandatory: every claim is manually verified against its source before it is published, and every ranking change is approved by an editor. Rankings, licences, negative statements and any sponsored placement never publish automatically.
